Mon – Sat : 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(excluding bank holidays)
If there are no free spaces immediately outside our shop, the nearest parking is at Sainsburys or the Edenside Drive car park.
We can accept cash and card payments at the shop but cash is preferred if possible.
If you’re not local, you can still visit our eBay shop!
We sell all our high-end donations via eBay to get the best prices from everyone’s generous donations.
If you have special items to donate, please consider our cats and please get in touch to arrange a time to drop them off.
We also appreciate donations of postage stamps, bubble wrap, postal bags and brown tape to support our eBay shop.

Our Attleborough and eBay shops are stocked with goodies thanks to your generosity - please think of our cats when you declutter!

Please bear in mind that we appreciate all donations but it is so important they are in a saleable condition otherwise it takes valuable funds away from the cats to dispose of them.

Bric-a-brac such as ornaments, kitchen items, candles, clocks, figurines, picture frames, mirrors, trinkets, etc
Clothes, shoes and bags
Books
DVDs & CDs
Linen including curtains, duvet covers/sets, towels, net curtains and large pieces of fabric
NEW electrical items, must be unused and in their original box
Children's toys, including teddies (must have CE label)
Jigsaws and board games (must be complete)
Jewellery
Craft items
No thank you to:
Broken items of bric-a-brac, especially sharp edges that might pose a risk to our team
Any USED electrical items (excludes battery power!)
Medical items
VHS tapes
Records
Coat Hangers
Duvets, pillows or sofa cushions
Lampshades
Large baby or toddler items like prams, travel cots, baby baths, high chairs, bouncers, etc
Helmets of any kind including crash, bike or horse riding helmets

Please drop your donations off at our shop during opening hours.

There are occasions when we are full for the day because we have very limited storage space, sadly we then have to refuse to accept any more donations and you may have to try again the following day.
If you have lots to donate please call Louise on 07512 567448 to arrange dropping off at the Sanctuary near East Harling, 15 minutes from our shop.
​
We also have our Pop Up Shop once a month (usually the 1st Saturday of each month) and you are welcome to bring donations without prior arrangement.

Please never leave donations outside the shop when we are closed!

For every £1 you spend at Pets at Home, you will earn one Lifeline and every 700 Lifelines collected for Feline Care will be converted into a £1 Pets at Home gift card for our cats.
Go to My account > Settings > Manage Pets Club > Choose ‘Pet Care Centre Thetford’ as your local Petcare Centre, then search charities and select Feline Care.
